SunPower, Inc. (formerly Complete Solaria, Inc.) is directly administering warranty services worldwide for Solaria products as of June 3, 2025. Maxeon is no longer providing warranty services for Solaria products.

Customers outside of the United States: Please note that “TCL SunPower Global” (who owns the SunPower brand in regions outside of the U.S.) has no affiliation with SunPower, Inc. (Complete Solaria, Inc.) and does not provide any warranty services on Solaria products.
If you are a customer, installer, or distributor with an existing Solaria system, please direct all warranty inquiries and support questions to SunPower, Inc.
