SunPower (Complete Solaria, Inc.) is directly administering warranty services for Solaria products as of June 3, 2025. Maxeon is no longer providing warranty services for Solaria products.
Complete Solaria acquired certain assets from SunPower Corporation following SunPower’s bankruptcy filing in 2024, including the "SunPower" brand and related trademarks. Complete Solaria now operates under the SunPower name. See us.sunpower.com/acquisition-announcement.
